Jacob Abraham, MD, presents a case presentation of a 37-year-old male patient with remote PAF that was diagnosed in 2003. Two months prior to admission, the patient developed palpitations. The patient presented with AF at 154 bpm and echocardiogram with normal LV size, EF 55-60% and mild LAE.
